Event Detalis

District Trainers Workshop is an exclusively training program for Rotaractors, aspiring to become a Rotaract District Trainer. The participants are equipped with effective training skills and methodologies necessary to propagate the idea of the Rotaract Organisation and effective leadership.

The event has 3 phases – Prelims, Main & Final Viva Voce

Prelims: - This is a one day event where in the participants shall be oriented about Rotaract and their knowledge on Rotaract, communication and attitude shall be evaluated with the aid of the District Trainers Cell. The maximum expected participants for prelims are 120. The participants shall be selected and admitted for participating in the main event after evaluation.

Main: - This is a two day event which is handled by a professional trainer who has expertise in train the trainer (T3) program with provision to train Rotaract procedures and protocols. The expected number of participants for the main event shall range between 20 and 30.

Viva Voce: - This is a half day event where the District Trainer Designates task completion statuses are evaluated by the District Trainers Cell. The expected participants for the update are those who participated in the main event.
