District Officials Training Seminar is a two day training program for the Rotaract District Council. The selected council members by the DRR will be the participants of the event. This will be a residential training program to learn and enhance the roles and responsibilities of the council members. The annual planner of Council portfolios will be discussed and will be trained on various leadership skills.
